A website is just like a physical shop to showcase what are the products and services offered to customers. One of the jobs related to the website is frontend developer. It doesn't matter what kind of frameworks are being used to display the main features, click a button or subscribe newsletter. The main key is to ensure required information can be delivered to the reader.

The most basic web languages are normally involved classic 3. There are HTML, CSS, and JS.

  1. HTML (Hypertext Markup Language). This web language creates structured documents by specifying the structure of text such as headings, paragraphs, lists, hyperlinks, citations, and other elements. HTML allows you to embed images, sound clips, video clips and objects, and interactive forms. In handwritten concept, it is very similar to how we take notes from lecturer tutorials. There is a heading, paragraph, underline and bullet point to make the entire note easily readable.

  2. CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). The style language manages the design, layout, and display of web pages by using color, border, and position on the image, text, video, and interactive features. It can be thought the notebook has colorful highlights, comments with callouts, statistical graphs, and a mindmap for studies.

  3. JS (Javascript). The programming language provides a list of actions to be performed whether it is clicked or not. It is similar to the brain that enables people to react depending on what kind of condition is in. The action is directed by the individual's (the client) request so that the button or field in the form can trigger various types of action according to the preference.

All 3 primary files can be thought of as the human body and they can't be separated but complement each other. HTML is the skeleton, CSS is the skin, hair, and another visual part of bodies, and JS is the ability to perform the action instead of being stationary. The main idea is to let users at least interact with the most basic function of the website. Fully understanding how those files works are not enough to make web development because human can might require to have depth skills such as diving, swimming, riding, cooking, and so forth. Internet users will have more demand as the advanced technology. So those additional skills will require a framework, widget, software, or anything else to add and interact together before performing another skillful act.

There are some well-known frameworks that might help frontend developer improve their skills.

  1. React
  2. Angular
  3. Vue

Notice that these frameworks have their pros and cons. An individual can't expect one size fits all. Before learning the framework, it would be good to understand which part of the web it may apply and also the learning curve before it can be fully utilized on the real project.

Also, tt’s important to note that HTML and CSS are not considered to be programming languages. HTML is a markup language and CSS is a styling language. JavaScript, however, is a programming language. Hence, they are all web languages, but they perform different jobs.
